u cant just transfer them u need a thing called an emulator but if uve didnt buy a psp on its first3 months it measns it's not version 1.0 if ur psp is more than version 1.0 or 1.5 then u cant use emualtors which are the onyl way to get games from pc into ur psp and it could get games like from nintendo ds and game boy and even ps2, the only games u can copy from pc to psp without an emulator are the demo games that u can find at www.playstation.com but u have to be singed in to download them then read the insturctions so that u knwo how to copy them.

To transfer anything to your PSP from PC, you use USB cable.

First, connect the USB cable to your PSP's and PC's USB port. Then in your PSP, go to Setting > USB connection. Your PC should be able to identify the PSP hardware and create a disk drive for you. You can use the PSP drive just like anything disk drive to transfer files.

As for transfer games, it's really depends on what kind of games your are talking about. Some games only run on PSP that is homebrews enabled. So even you put the game in your PSP, it may not run.

i individually have not tried it, whether it is available. I in simple terms say try it. you haven't any longer something to lose if it would not artwork, different than the extra area they're at the instant taking on.
