Hi all i asked about this a few days ago and i couldnt fix the prob so i'm here again. I cannot get on windows live messenger at all. If i minimize it i can get signed up bit the moment i open it up full or click on a tab it says cannot find my contact list and signs out. If i am watching the sign in screen it cant sign in and comes up with an error report. i've followed the steps to fix this and it still comes up. I also cannot get on any msn websites or check my emails the pages start to load then just go page cannot be displayed. I dont know why this is as my friends can get on fine. I have reinstalled it about 3 times now. I also reinstalled all the registry files and nothing has happend.
Please help lol!

have you checked your default gateway?When our msn wont work i unplug the router for 15 minutes,then turn it back on.if that doesnt work i repeat again then after that i go to internet tools and delete cookie history and temeroray files then try it again. did you check your area status because the problem may be in that area

Unless you know what you are doing with the registry files, then that's fine otherwise don't go there, leave them well alone.
have you tried doing a system restore back to a date when your computer was working ?.
if you have, and you are still having problems then it might be a good idea to perform a system recovery so that your computer will be just as it was when you first brought it.
remember though if you do this you must make a copy of any files or documents that you want saved on a removable
CD-ROM disc for system recovery will delete any software that you may have installed. then unplug the printer, scanner,
web-cam from your computer but leave the monitor, keyboard, mouse plugged in.
go to PC tool's and choose system recovery then follow the on screen instructions once you have done this just download windows live messenger again. good luck

i became having problems with it very last evening, it kept giving me a pop up field to envision in and that i have never seen that in the previous? perhaps they attempt to improve or something, it became strange I had to close my pc each and each of how right down to get it off of there.

Have you done a complete spyware check, or a deep virus scan, otherwise, you may need to wipe your computer.
