I have met coaches that have said it to me...that they only like college basketball because they have to constantly cater to big egos and imature kids that make so much money that they don't want to listen.
I work in an industry where I have contact with them. I hate professional basketball...do you?

that is why NBA coaches get the big bucks. cuz they have to handle so many more issues compared to college coaches. coaching in the league is far more challenging and requires much more than just coaching skills. your coach friends are just sour graping cuz they dont have what it takes to get into the big league, and you are stupid enough to believe them LOL! stop the hate, dude!

i enjoy watching nba basketball...just some teams and not all the players. many of the younger players don't respect the game like generations past. there's too much of an emphasis on 'me' instead of the 'team'. and while many of these youngsters' athleticism is off the charts compared to players before they really dont have any basketball fundamentals...which leads to a poor product.
yet gm's and basketball minds alike will ALWAYS give the player a second...or third or fourth chance hoping theyll get it right in that particular environment.

I prefer college basketball, because they have heart and wanna play, the emotion is there. Pro Ball is boring to me. Most players appear to have an attitude that well, I am getting paid a lot of money to be here, and I have endorsements............. there is just no fire. They are what the media has pushed on them ego maniacs. I don't hate them, but I don't watch pro ball.

I used to like the NBA. I have kind of gone away from pro sports. It started to go downhill for me in 1994 when the World Series was canceled due to greed. Too much money

i used to like the NBA utill all the young kids came in from high school and it ruins the point of it. Also they play no defense that why the score is 109-108 all the time. College has heart in the games.

I agree. NBA has become boring to watch in recent years. Talents have become diluted and all the rule changes have confused more referees than players.

I love the NBA. While there are players who are in it for the fame and the money, there are also players who are in it, to win, because they love the game.
