Congratulations!!! IBM is considered one of the best companies in the world to work for. Usually with the payment you'll have some benefits to work there such as work from home, a few sites in which you can have trainning and read books without extra costs, a great work enviroment, but they are really careful with security you need to be very caution with everything that you leave on your desk, what files do you print and what softwares that you have installed on your PC.

Hi IBM is one of the best places to work pay is way above average,great benefits and good people to work for.My wife worked for them 30 years retirment is also great.She loved it there consider yourself lucky IBM is really hard to get a job with.Good luck and congrats on your new position. Palo

You can't get much better. With culture, the creativity is lacking somewhat with IBM verses less evolved companies.
