oh sorry, i had quite a few good ones but then i saw that you didn't want the top-notch designers and those are the only ones i know...

In Bangalore in commercial street, there are quite a few.
They may send parcels too through their agents.
With less budget designers dress is difficult to get, unless you yourself get an idea and ask your tailor to do so. A good idea is to make one in a saree, of your choice..
