can a personal cheque be cashed without a signiture,even though they have swiped my card.?

No. I think you would have to sign their transaction record.

You made out a check to someone with a $$ amount AND swiped your card ? OK , I am sorta confused . ..
No , If they take it to a teller , they won't cash it but ,
Yes , the bank will process it if it goes through with the deposits . . .
( I have multiple cashed , unsigned checks that I sent in with a bill and forgot to sign )
BUT , you can contest it , but again - Why do they have this check / how did they get it ?
