Time, and the fact that it will continue despite life or death, war or peace, love or hate, happiness, whatever.
Also the past never changes, obviously because it has already happened. I guess you could also count the fact that there will be a future.

Nothing. To answer your question, just jump ahead 3 billion years. What will be the same? nothing.
Perhaps after all protons decay (about 10^66 years from now) things will start being the same.

I'm getting religious here, but nothing stays the same but God and his love for us. One could say that history stays the same, but people's views of history can change greatly as well.
