I've had him for a little over a week now, and I never see him eat. I bought shrimp pellets but even the catfish wouldn't touch them. Then I bought him some frog pellets, but doesn't seem interested in those either. I guess he's eating something or else he'd be dead by now.

I have a dwarf African frog. I rarely see him eat, but I've had him for over a year now. How cool that he has a catfish buddy! Mine did too for a while. Anyway, I feed my frog regular fish flakes and sometimes bloodworms. Probably not the best, but he eats them. He probably likes to eat when you are not watching. Good luck! :-)

I have an African dwarf frog too! I never really see him eat. He usually just sits behind a decoration or plant. In fact I rarely ever see him! One time I did see him eat food from the gravel. What I think my African Dwarf Frog loves the most is live Blood Worms, he went crazy over them, but so did the other fish.

He probably is eating when you're not in the room. Like others have said, they (and most fish) will love some frozen blood worms once in a while. Just don't use them all the time - only as a treat a few days a week. It's best to vary all their diets so they get a good mix of nutrients.

Mine is very sneaky. I think he has been nibbling on the algae discs that my pleco doesent eat. When You are standing by your aquarium it might be too afraid to eat.
