Has anyone every been to 1nfect.com?

I was on http://www.thetruth.com and you can go to this other site,
http://www.1nfect.com and supposedly, you enter your email address and then press go, and you have 5 seconds to "get away" before if infects the computer with cancer/cigarette facts. it says to do it in a computer store to every single computer on the network will suddenly be flashing these facts. Has anyone every had experience with this? can you get rid of it? is it illegal? i can't find any press on it, so i was wondering, because it would be kind of a funny joke to play on my friends if it was easy to get rid of.
