No I won't agree. I don't know him! He's a character in a game on TV to me. Did he do roids? Heck yes, but baseball knew and so did the rest of the world. As much as we want to hate these roid poppoing pill heads. MLB and the fans who stopped watching games sure didn't help! We all knew Sosa was on roids and still cheared for him until someone pointed out how guilty WE should feel for him.
Bottom line. Lots of players in MLB were doing roids, but we continue to swing mainly for Bonds. If you were being picked on so blatantly you'd probobly turn into a jerk too! Why do we forget that Bonds stayed out of the media eye until we put him there. No one knew he was such a jerk til they caught the roids issue.
