ohhh no sunlight nevr helps to fade acne spots infact it helps in darkening them bcoz in the area of spots there is excessive melanin and that darkens in sunligt.... but yes a lil exposure to sun esp in winter days wen there is less probability of a tan keeps ur skin healthy and promotes blood circulation .... but dont go out in the sun in summers as u may get a tan

Slow exposure to the sun (a few minutes here, a few minutes there) will tan your skin, thus camouflaging scars. Over time some of the scars will start to fade, so if you keep up with lightly tanning your skin over the summer, by the time it fades in winter you should see an improvement to those spots. Good luck!

sunlight does not help to fade post acne spots.. all it does make your skin tan so when your skin looks darker your acne spots are less obvious but i'm not sure if it worsens it.

Some acne medications advise you to stay out of the sun as they make your skin photosensitive.

Sunlight itself is good for your skin, BUT, only in moderation!!!
