ACTING!! (although i am slightly biased!) there are more opportunities in acting! you can be an extra or a main. and there are So many different places!! T.V, stage, film adverts!! you don't have to be able to sing to be an actor (i am and i am a REALLY bad singer!) if you cant decided, then don't!! look out for both types of work, whichever comes first choose that then after a while you will know whether you like it or not!

I like acting more, but singing is a pretty needed skill in theater

id choose acting. Also , when you're acting, you can ask the director if you could have a part in singing. Just like Hannah Montana.

If you want to work in Theatre then its good to be able to do both well. To be a good singer, you have to be able to act. Plus you then have more options, there are many actors who go into Musical Theatre, work on your Dance skills too, become a Triple Threat!

I would suggest both. I am an actor, principally, but I make most of my living doing musicals.
A dance class or two wouldn't be a bad idea, either.

they both rely on each other in some way....singing calls for emotion and maybe even physical expression (acting)....
