OK.. we have a bearded dragon.. and we would like to get another lizard. We were going to get another bearded, but this past week we have been watching our friends bearded dragon while they were out of town, and we had to move our friends bearded to another room because he was stressing out our bearded really bad. We had our friends bearded where we are going to put our new lizard (directly across the room from out bearded) but we dont want to stress our bearded.. Any suggestions?

There are several that I would suggest. A mali uromastyx. I have a male and female. They get about 16 inches long and love attention. I put mine on leashes and take them to the park. If you want a smaller lizard that a leopard gecko is your best bet. They come in many colors. I currently have 7 adults and 11 babies.

I have a Blu Tongue Skink that I've had for about 5 years and hes awesome!! He cost me around $80 when I got him as a baby,. Of course thats the best way to get them. I bought him from a local pet store owner, but I know Petco and Petsmart sell them. He Isn't hyper, doesn't try to run at all. Never bites or is mean.. Very laid back. Eats veggies, fruit, crickets, loves scrambled eggs and bananas! Hes about 20" long, and thats about is long as he gets. But just like any other lizard, its pricy starting out.. He has to have one end of his cage around 100' and the other end around 75. Then at night I switch the bulbs to night bulbs that stay around 75. He stays in a 55 gallon tank. But hes awesome! I take him out every day. He does love to bury himself though. Sometimes he won't come out for 3 or 4 days!! Even all the kids want to hold him or touch him. None of them are scared of him. Some are at first until they see how he is, then I can't get them to leave him alone!! lol..
I know Bearded DRagons are usually kind of hyper/fast. The ones I've seen never stay still, but you don't have to worry about Skinks being like that. Their as laid back as a old man in a rocking chair!! lol.... Go here www.bluetongueskinks.net Its a AWESOME website on them!! Everything you need to know is there! Click on the caresheet!! Theres also a forum to answer questions, a photo area, etc. Good luck ;)

A Leopard gecko makes a great pet, normally very friendly and pretty easy to care for and doesn't require a huge cage just a minimum of 10 gallons. They come in different morphs too if you look online, really cool looking. Or I would adopt one there are a lot that need good homes.

You could put something up to block them from seeing one another.
