How do I get wi-fi when I return to my home in Ohio from Florida?

I pay $30 a month for wi-fi in a mobile home park in Florida. When I return to Ohio there will be a Holiday Inn within a half mile and a McDonald's within a mile and both have wi-fi. I need to how to go about obtaining wi-fi at my home and how much it will cost.
