As Casey Stingle once said, he calls them as he see's them. While I do not agree with Chavez, I wish our president was this honest.

There's no laws against hypocrisy. You the author of this question, here's a lesson. Hugo offends you because you have a strong sense of integrity. This makes you predictable in politics. When your integrity is offended it will demand a swift response...such as a glove slap across the face leading to a duel. You would never make it politics because this is a trick...People would offend you in public to predictably manipulate you into a response. Bush is doing right not to fall for Hugo and soon the event will be forgotten. People choose to be offensive, but you choose to be offended.

these days Chavez NATIONALIZED the petroleum industries of Venezuela. interior the approach he did no longer compensate the US owned petroleum manufacturers that helped him strengthen his oil fields on the their fee, and at his encouragement. those U.S. oil manufacturers have been cheated out of a few thing greater effective than $18 Billion. meanwhile some stupid U.S. voters nonetheless purchase their gas from Citco gasoline stations. Citco is owned by way of Chavez. all people LIKE subsidizing Communism? He replaced into elected because of the fact the "President" of Venezuela by way of regular vote. no longer wonderful in case you verify the historic previous of their previous administrations. Do you think of the individuals will EVER get yet another risk at an elementary election?

Chavez has a certain momentum from the working poor, and he capitalizes on that very well, similarly to Castro (in the early days). There is now, and has been for decades, an undertow of anti-American sentiment in Central and South America.
For his part, Chavez is simply doing what our Idiot King and his puppet-masters have done; it is what Clinton did; what Bush Sr. did...

It's ironic that such a demented dictator refuses his puppets freedom of speech, yet he often opens his mass murdering monster mouth in order to spew what ever he so desires, and just to remind people, a good way to strike back at this commie scumbag is to boycott Citgo gas stations...

Wait until his friends in Islam invade his precious Venezuela. His head will roll. It's the Chicken siding up to the Wolf and hoping for safety. Smile

Chavez will get what is coming to him. When his people figure out he is simply robbing them they will kill him. Those that are generating wealth in the country are already leaving.
