From Wikipedia:

The novel begins with a large number of young boys, ages 6 to 12, being stranded on a tropical island.

The Allusion points to The Coral Island, which does not exist in reality.

The best guess seems to be Bora Bora, which is French....

The book only says that they are flying somewhere when they crash. It's been a while, but I think it says the boys are from England, or gives hints that they are from England. It does not, however, give a timeline, from take-off to crash, and also does not give a landing destination. Without this vital information it is impossible to accuratley say where the boys crashed, or even if an island exists somewhere near the area they are from. Remember, Lord of the Flies is a work of fiction. It was hard for me to remember that while reading, it was such a great book. Hope this helps.
