Does anyone agree with me that oil resources in Iraq should be exploited fully by US companies? After all they did liberate the country from tyranny and oppresion and the oil revenue gained is minute considering Pres. Bush had to ask congress just yesterday for $3.2 billion for an extra 4400 troops.

There may be violence but at least you can say what you want even though you might get killed for it. Also, they need this money to finance other groups to establish democracy all around the world ! ! !

This would be taxation with out representation.

Use the soldiers to set up a referendum the Iraqi people's vote to decide if we helped them or not. The information we get is so tainted I believe nothing.

The take over by America was not condoned by the United Nations (the precise purpose of the United Nations)

This causes suspicion.

The Gas prices have tripled and several Billion dollar profits are being seen by stock holders.

This is at the expense of Iraqi and American Citizens.

It has been proved they had no Weapons of Mass Destruction. Even the WTC have been traced not to Iraq but to American wanting this war with Iraq. This was conjured by our government. The results of this have been many we have allowed billions to go to this war. I am suspicions that we are arming and training these people to fight. We may be arming and training the terrorist for use by our corrupt government. What I'm saying is the whole thing is suspicious. Let the Iraqi vote to determine they are the ones living in this war torn hell.

I want the 3.2 billion dollars to go to getting the soldiers home.

Hillary Clinton is personally going over there to try to determin what is really going on.

I believe the oil in Iraq should be used, as stated by President Bush, for the benefit of the Iraqi people, which we would hope would be grateful enough to wish to offer us a good deal on their oil. Otherwise, the money for their oil should be used to benefit them and their country.

No. They're not free from tyranny and oppression. Actually, the situation is worse in Iraq now. More people getting killed, lots of fighting, civil war. The American invasion has completely destabilised the country. It's Iraq's oil, and should be theirs.

Let's get a long term contract for all their oil and let the Iraqi people in on the money,it's their oil.
We get a dependable source at a fair price and the people benefit.

My guess is that if you had seen the country before our "liberation" and the way it is today due to our involvement there, you might take pity on those poor people who have been forced out of their bombed out homes and have lost family members and friends to the conflict... no. I don't agree, let them keep their oil and their dollars - - we coulld not repay them for the horrors they have endured...
You wouldn't want it to happen to your community - can you even imagine?
