The questions will relate to something you have done. If you have not experienced the type of situation they are asking then you cannot reply to it and just put the words "not applicable" to the relevant questions.

If you have worked with other people you have done all the things they are asking about. It is just the words they use to describe it that are weird. A goal is a sales target or having the right cash in the till at the end of the shift. The sorts of issues you can cover are times when changes were introduced and what extra stuff you did so that the change worked. HR speak is a foreign language but you have to give it back to them if you want the job.

Please... not to be smart but please have someone look over your spelling on the application before you turn it in.
As far as working as a team member... wasn't your goal to make customers happy? Also to make your company financially profitable? As a team member didn't you work with another person and as a team decide what activities should allowed and their hours of play? Were both also not responsible for the maintenance and clean up of the facility? This is all team work with a main goal of keeping customers happy and making the company money. Good luck

Well everyone working together could be a day that alot of people didn't show up for work and those of you that did had to really pull together during the busiest time of day. Maybe dealing with a diffucult customer.

When you worked in a bar and what kind of shop? you provided people with a service that they needed, especially if you found them what they wanted and they hadn't known it was there.

Bar work is a form of teamwork as you need to coordinate with all of the others staff busboys, wait staff, Door-people etc.

You don't write what your experience is for the job you are applying . Whatever you do, do not...I repeat...do not lie. If you feel you haven't had a job with the experience they are asking for I would reply to their question with "I haven't had that experience but this is what I would do", and then write what you would do. Try and keep it short and to the point. I would also advise you to use spell check and to make i...I (that is sooo annoying). Good luck.

You must really look for your qualities...you will have them.
State you helped your colleagues on the shop floor/ bar at all times, and that the customer always come first. Always polite and courteous.
That you believe in teamwork.
If you are young reflect on what you did at school.

Just make up something, the jobs you have done are not serious jobs so they won't bother reading it properly, just as long as you write something.
