I have this really good idea for an upscale hotel with Restaraunt and bar in the United States. From the research I have done this idea hasn't really been done beforein the US, It has been done in other countries though. There are similar ideas but not what I have in mind. I am sure it would make a lot of money. The problem is it would cost millions and I don't have that kind of money. I know that if I get investors they would want to run it the way they want to run it, and they would want most of the profits. I would probably make it a corporation I would like to own 51% of it. I would want to design the hotel myself. I would probably hire a manager to run the business. I don't have nearly enough equity to get a loan. Is there a way to start a hotel with no money?

The world is full of people with good ideas...but no money. You want investors to invest their hard-earned money but to stay out of the operation of the business...fat chance. What are your credentials? You have no money and no credentials... sorry but you dont have much to offer to investors... Good luck! You will needed... by the way a have this money making great idea of an imaginary bridge I would like to build but I haven't found the money or the river to built it over. Any investors?

McDonald's was started as a very small enterprise and with little cash but a lot of hard work. Either do it this way or you will have to convince a big investor but writing to all of them with your business plan.

The only thing I could tell you would be to save! Put some $$$ in the bank or keep it somewhere safe (I advise you to put it in the bank though). It would probably take some time but atleast you wouldn't have to worry about people taking over. Either that or beg your family members.
