What enzymes has a molecular mass of 266kDa?

An enzymes belonging to this grp of enzymes was isolated from bacterial culture.The enzymes was found to have a molecular mass of 266kDa. However, when the enzymes was denatured with urea and mercaptoethanol, two different valus were obtained, 105 kDa and 150kDa. Explain the observed results.
