Morrisons or asda

Neither.
Morrison has a garish colour scheme that totally puts me off shopping in the first place. Apart from that i can't stand the way their offers are always the ones with most preservatives, colouring and other unnecesary stuff in excess. The fruit and veg just look too perfect and they overdo it on packaging.
If Asda was closer i would probably used it more often.
Tesco has annoyed me because they don't give clubcard points on their motor insurance amongst one or two other things.
So it's Sainsbury's and Lidls for the foreseeable future.
Oh, and my local Spar. Their croissants and offers make it worth a regular visit :-)

It depends on what you're looking convenience, range, price, regional food... If you want to buy fruit or vegetables you should go to Waitrose or the Borough market on Saturday (or your local market) if you're planning to get some value clothes then Asda's fine, I've never been to Morrisons and personally prefer to buy online from Tesco, they sell everything and at reasonable prices, they are also near my place if I want to go to the store.
But as the question was Asda or Morrisons I'll go for Asda (good range, price, ambience, and quality -except for fresh fuit-).

Asda have the edge I suspect .. but depends on the site as well. Also depends on how you wish to shop .... i.e. if you like peripheral products ( apart from food ) then Asda is great. And however much you hate Tesco for their power and greed, their sites can be great to shop at as well. Anyway, all credit to Tesco for being the first to put their hands up in the recent petrol contamination scare!
But to answer the question .... ASDA!

Morrisons- both are cheap but Morrison's tend to employ really good staff
