PROBLEM IS OVER HEATING. I HAVE CHANGED T-STAT AND FLUSHED SYSTEM TWICE. CHANGED HOSES AND LOCATED RESTRICTIONS IN BLEEDER LINES AND CORRECTED. STILL HAVING PROBLEM. ALSO TAPPING IS COMING FROM INTAKE AREA BUT NOT ALL THE TIME. MAKES ME THINK AIR ON SYSTEM . I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS ONE. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Sure the head gasket not blown? We are have more and more of those coming in. You tell easily if the system has pressure on cooling system 1 min after start-up...the tapping is kinda normal for the 3.4s have seen them do it for years.. as long as there is no milkshake for oil..

Yep, I think you have internal engine trouble,either intake gaskets are leaking internally or possibly cylinder head gasket.Take it to a good shop.Good luck

make sure your cooling system's "burped", meaning there are no air bubbles. get all the air out, it can cause you a lot of grief, as well as overheating.
