Is any of you capable of telling me what kind of legal downloading programs there are? For music and videos (including movies and music videos).

Any program that you have to pay for P2P is legal, such as Limewire PRO. I used to use WinMX, and that operation got shut down for providing ONLY a free transfer service. Limewire somehow gets away with providing a free version that contains spyware which qualifies as a business cost. They have also passed it off as a "demo" in previous cases. I'm not sure about legal Torrents because I haven't gotten into them much. I downloaded Borat off of Bitlord and the I uninstalled it, but I'd say anything you have to pay for would be legal, because the company is making the mony, and then it is up to them about how to spend it, and if they keep 100% of the profits, well, then they are the illegal ones.
