The compression should be 100 PSI +
Likely there is
1. Moisture under the distributor cap
2. Lazy fuel pump.
3. Accelerator pump in the carburetor.

Crank over the engine for a few seconds.
Remove the air screen from the top of the carb.
Move the throttle shaft back, you should see a squirt of fuel.
If no fuel is present, check for an obstructed fuel filter. If fuel filter appear OK, check for fuel delivery to the carb.
If there is antiquit fuel, You may want to have the carb looked at.
If the fuel system appear OK, check for spark. In dim light, have someone crank over the engine. Look at the spark plug leads, if you see a spark show jumping from lead to lead, replace the spark plug wires.
Good luck

Weak compression! Time to rebuild if you've tuned-up and still same results! Do a compression test!
