RTSP is a streaming video / audio protocol for Real video and Real audio, which is played with the RealPlayer.

RTSP is designed to get video and audio files to quickly play and to be "seekable," meaning you can skip to parts in the movie / sound file without having to first wait until the entire clip is downloaded.

It sounds to me like what you are really asking is how to save the file located at that address. The short answer is, it's difficult. There are programs out on the Web that will "record" streaming media of this sort, but how well they work depends on the quality of your connection and how well the recorder is written.

If you just want to view the file at that link, you only need RealPlayer Free, which you can get from http://www.real.com

The protocol rtsp:// isn't related to any program.

I am guessing that is where some of Three's media files that are streamed to 3G phones are kept.
