I cured my sciatica with this natural treatment http://cure-sciatica.info
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.

You are describing a irritated nerve, not a ruptured disc, and certainly not sexually related or due to pregnancy. The causes are many. For a trial of simple home management, consider using an ice pack over the area(s) of pain for 20 minutes until the area is thoroughly numb, and this can give a couple hours of relief. Simple Tylenol may ease the pain when taken at bed time and may help you sleep with comfort. Try massaging the areas of tenderness gently but fairly often to help reduce the irritation of the nerves. If that doesn't work in a couple of days, see your doctor.

pain in lower back then pain down thigh, would you say upper thigh like just bellow the groin cause that could be prostatitis, an inflamation of the prostate. But if not that it probably has something to do with the nerves being pinched or something along those lines. See the doctor.

I had a similar pain. Lower back, wrapping around my left thigh. Also involved my knee. I started seeing a Chiropractor & he got rid of the pain by weekly adjustments. It took about 6 visits. Hope this helps!
