I eat a lot of Taco Bell, which doesn't have as much fat and deep fried stuff on their menu as 99% of the worst fast food burger joints.

Yes. As a matter of fact, I ate fast food every day until 3 years ago. Since that time, I have almost eliminated fast food completely. My favorite is Taco Bell maybe every 6 weeks or so.

its only damaging if you have too much of it, like anything else you should consume it in moderation. I eat fast food probably once every fortnight, so its not damaging my health, i mostly eat well and get exercise, so there's no reason i cant have some guilty pleasures right?

Personally I don't partake in fast food. If I do it is a rare occasion. The food is sub-par and costs too much. The best fast food is a salad.
I will have a subway sandwich rarely.

I saw Supersize Me and have only had french fries from McDonald's a couple times since. I used to eat them once a week.
