I have a dodge neon. My Windshield wipers work but the fluid doesn't come out. Any suggestions?

There is a small pump in the reservoir tank, you should be able to hear it running with the engine off & the hood up. If it is running check for ruptured lines or a plugged orifice near the windsheild

If you can hear the washer fluid pump trying to work then there may be ice or dirt clogging the tubes. If you don't hear the pump then make sure it is getting power by putting a 12 volt test light on its terminals while somebody in the car runs the washer.

A new washer pump for a 2000 Neon is about $14.

Make sure there is fluid in the resevoir. Check to see if the motor on the pump will run. If not: either the motor is bad or there is a problem with wiring.
If you can feel the motor and pump running, the fluid lines may be clogged.
