He had no idea the place would blow up. He wasn't with Sayid and Kate saw the C4 explosive. He just knew that the man said to press 77 in there had been a takeover by the hostiles. He didn't see all the Dharma manuals either. That guy is one of the others. There are still many of them that we haven't seen. I want to know why that woman wanted to be shot. I'm sure her will was strong enough not to have spoken about the whereabouts of the others or anything else for that matter. Interesting, and what about the rule about not killing one of their own?

Did Locke even know that pushing 77 would blow up the bldg?? He did not go under the house and see all the C4. But what I do know was if I was them I would have stared me a BBQ down at the beach with all that meat.

Hurley Rocks!!! Thats just all there is to it.

I gave up on that show in February, when it came back. I don't think the show's writers have any clue where the show is headed so they're just writing a bunch of stuff to keep their jobs. None of it makes sense, and looking down the road, I don't see any way they can tie it all together in any believable way. I think they're going to have a final episode, where they end up revealing that this is all a dream that one of the characters is having. Another "who shot JR" Bobby Ewing in the shower type moment, and if they do that, a lot of people will be really disgusted and feel ripped off. But I don't see anywhere else the show could be headed....so I gave up. I'm done being frustrated trying to figure out all the twists and turns. I have a life, and I'm not wasting it on junk like this.

I fell exactly the same way when it blew up!! What the heck was he thinking. For God's sack, leave the buttons alone. Did he not learn from the first explosion of the hatch??

As for the creepy guy, a ploy of some sorts to the Others? Or maybe he might slip and say something useful? Any other way, this guy looks like he is going to die in the next episode from the small spoiler given last week.

You have to remember Locke has faith in the Island. The car was a good road trip. Think about what a success will do for Hurley.

I don't think Locke knew the place was gonna blow when he typed 77, as he hadn't seen the explosives that Kate and Sayid discovered, I think he just hoped it might be a way of communicating with someone on the outside world.
The man with the patch is one of the "others", I think.

I had the same reaction, but then remembered that locke is "locked into the island's process". I dives right into whatever mystery he finds, pushing the process forward.
No clue who the guy in the house is...well, a few ideas not ready to float.
