ei.. pls help me for my debate in my communications class... is it reAlly necessary for someone who holds a position in politics (esp. in the Philippines) to be a college graduate? what are the pros and cons?

No. College education does not make the grade. High School drop out can become president. This means building a strong network of people.

bush is a yale grad because of daddy. if it weren't for pops that dude wouldn't be close to a degree. so in theory we have already had our first prez who isn't a college grad.
i'm surprised bush didn't choke in his own vomit while being an idiot in college. someone was looking out for him, unfortunately.
