Not very likely, but she is a constitutional monarch and doesn't make the laws.

I don't believe that she approves although as she is the constitutional monarch, she has hardly any say.

Although the government has legalized it, prositution has been around for a long time almost everywhere in the world. The law says that Prostitution in the Netherlands is legal. However, prostitutes must be at least 18, while for non-commercial sex the age of consent is 16. Clients must be at least 16. Violation of either age limit is a crime for the other party, and possibly for a pimp. Prostitutes pay taxes, form unions, and are otherwise treated like any other self-employed tradesperson. Advertising their services is likewise tolerated. Health and social services are readily available, but the women are not required to undergo regular health checks.

So they are treating it like a job which really isn't right. If they do it on their own free will, then it's fine. But in truth, a recent study found that despite health rules, about 7 percent of Dutch prostitutes have HIV/AIDS.

And it's the same with drug use. They consider it a private decision not a crime. So I don't approve of it and I don't think she does either.

i dont think she personally approves of those facts of live.
but the queen is a realistic enough person to understand that those things are existing
in most countries.
the reason for more or less legalising soft drugs,is to take it out of the criminal records because smoking a bit of pot /weed/hash is no crime, and it will be done anyway.
those rules a made by a democratic parlement chosen by the people.
the police has better things to do than hunting down and arresting some kid on the block.
hard drugs is forbidden, and will remain so.
cocaine is a fashion drug for example, and used widely even with tough laws in other countries.
to hunt down prostitutes is also ridiculous, becouse its there ,and allways has been.
in holland they are trying to clean up the branche and give women who are working in the sex industry a better place in the world
and trying to ban out ,criminal and poor treating and abusing of woman.
the proffesion is as old as the world,in india for example ,a prostitute is a respected lady
not looking down upon.
in some countries they still trowing prostitutes in jail while producing the most disgusting and vile porno movies ....
the governement and the parlement are running the law,and the queen has notting to do with it.

I honestly don't know. I think that the revenue the prostitutes pay in taxes is beneficial to Her government & if She's worth Her salt, She'll try to look at the benefits out-weighing any personal feelings for or against it.

I can't imagine that she would. Royalty by nature tend to be very conservative (especially the older ones). I've even read somewhere that their queen is just as stuffy as Queen Elizabeth.
