Tom Brady is better. Tom Brady has 3 Super Bowl rings, he has to work with no name receivers like Reche Caldwell and Jabar Gaffney and he still takes his team to the AFC Championship, Tom is much more cooler in pressure situations, he has 24 4th quarter comebacks, his playoff record is 12-3, and he makes his "no name" recivers look like superstars on the field. Tom Brady is much much better than Peyton Manning. Manning may have all the stats but Brady wins wins wins and is a much more reliable and talented QB.
Oh yeah. Donte Stallworth and Randy Moss are negoiating with the Pats for a contract. If either or both Moss and Stallworth come to the Pats, Brady will be even better and he will surely, without a doubt be better than Manning.

tom brady is the better quarterback. Although his stats are not up to peytons, that is due to the system he is in. Plus, he still has more rings to show then manning does. I feel manning is a good quarterback, but has had more weapons on his team then brady has. Brady has done what he has done without superstars on the offense with him. Take this year, the patriots still made it to the conference finals and they didn't really have a star receiver on their team!

Peyton Manning, because he first of all has a retired NFL father in the same position to give him advice. He plays in a great offensive team which can produce, and has a solid RB to give the ball to if he would like to move the chains. Plus he hold an NFL record with the most TD's past in a season, and him and Marvin Harrison are the dynamic duo that will one day both make it in the hall of fame, unless one of them get arrested for some stupid Cincinnati Bengal thing, which might ruin their image if it is severe. On the other hand, Brady just lost his whole offense last season, and lost Dillon this off season. In the 3 Superbowl's they won, it wasn't Brady who won it, it was Viniteri. Granted Brady had to partially pass his way there, those weren't just chip shots either, they were a pretty decent size.

Brady is far superior as a quarterback. The Colts receivers make the Colts passing offense better, but if Brady had Harrison, Stokely and Wayne and Manning had the Pats receivers, then we wouldn't even know who Peyton Manning is...

Tom Brady...You got the reason...I totally agree...And as for the battle this year going to Manning, it was all because of the refs...Manning won the battle because of them, but he will not win the war of head to head or championship rings...

Peyton is clearly the better QB. don't get me wrong though, Brady is a great QB under pressure, however, the only reason Peyton doesn't have more rings is because his defense never stepped up until this year. Check the numbers.

this season. Peyton threw a lot of interceptions. the only reason peyton won was because of jones and addai. Brady didnt throw as many interceptions. i think brady is better. But the STEELERS would have beaten both of them. Go STEELERS

Manning is a better QB.Brady's team is better all around team however.This is of coarse before this past season.Manning had a running game that complimated his dangerous passing attack....
My simple answere is Manning will equal Brady's rings when it's all in done.
