Why are my 2 Rams not working together ? Both are 512, PC3200.?

I have AsRock 845 MotherBoard and it supports 2 GB RAM. I had 512 RAM and recently i put one more 512 RAM of same frequency. Both are PC3200. But it doesnt work. It says Try upgrading bios or something, BUT will it really work ? I visited the upgraded section of the asrock site but couldnt find it. Can you give me the link for this bios upgrade ?

BIOS shouldn't be a problem with this addition of RAM. Check that the RAM sticks are properly seated on the motherboard. The slot may just be bad, or the RAM stick itself. Try putting it in other computers.
