im sitting in an internet cafe downloading cds at 150 kbps from utorrent?

is this normal, coz ive been disconnected from the internet at home, so i came here, every thing is blocked it took me about half an hour to figure out how to open uttorent.lol.the only thing were alowed to do is go on the internet, nothing else, do u thing im takin up bandwidth
