During Bush's current tour around Latin America Chavez called Bush a 'politic cadaver', then stated he is currently one of the presidents with the lowest intellectual capacity, and finally called him a hypocrite for visiting latin america which was Alledgely Ignored by bush Administration. Total lack of ethics? Do you also think guys like hugo chavez cant distiguish the concept of hipocrisy from the concept of diplomacy?

The more Chavez rails, the more ridiculous he looks. Is it unethical? No, it's not a matter of ethics. Is it a smart thing to do? No. He may have an audience, but it is diminishing. People are getting bored with it.

Hugo Chavez is not a diplomat; he never was. He does not know the language of diplomacy and doesn't care to learn it.

He appears overly obsessed with Bush; Bush rightly ignores him. Bush's mistake is he should have ignored him when he was running for President and just let things take their natural course, instead of trying to covertly overthrow him. Then Chavez wouldn't be such a nuisance.

Having dug this hole for himself and built much of his reputation on Bush-bashing, I'm not too sure what I would suggest for him going forward. If he shuts up now, it will seem like an admission of "defeat". Perhaps he would be best served by addressing policy issues, talking about the way in which U.S. policy has undermined the will of the people in South America, and how the way forward is to build a coalition of nations cooperating with the U.S. but not being dominated by the U.S.'s needs and wants, as happened in the past.

His current tactics are really hurting Venezuela - they are constantly advertising for foreign investment from outside of Latin America but the foreign investors are staying away because they don't like Chavez's negative message.

I think he is entitled to his opinion. He is not an idiot, he knows the diff between diplomacy and hypocrisy. Having said that, I am a US citizen who loves her country but hates her government at the moment.
Our leader is a joke to the world. No one takes him seriously as he has no clue what he is doing.
Let chavez say what he wants to say, its his right in his country. even guys like him are entitled to his own opinion. (not to mention he is saying what most of the world is thinking anyway)

he is a dictator that is using the money he gains from America to buy military aircraft and other weapons he is eventually going to use against us...

liberals, like those above, who actually agree with this lunatic prove how absolutely ignorant and stupid democrats are...

He has said many, many nice things about US's president..
including calling him the "devil" in his UN speech...

He is systematically turning his democracy into a communist dictatorship and he is quickly brainwashing his audience.

Actually I think you can't distinguish one letter of the alphabet from another. You can't write, so I guess you can't speak English very well. So how the hell do you know the difference between truth, lies or hypocrisy? An example of Bush diplomacy. "Talk? Talk to my weapons of mass destruction."
I expect you will give TISHS your vote because he seems as ignorant as you.

Chavez is a clown who, unfortunately controls a lot of oil reserves. As far as getting too personal, he crossed that line a long time ago when he called Bush the devil at the UN

Hugo is a small time hood who gets his rocks off by baiting the president. Thank God this President sees that piece of trash for what he is and gives him no attention. Hugo is trying to divert the attention away from his actions, that is all.

Hugo is still suffering from that sulphur-like smell he mentioned at the UN. The thing he didn't mention was that the smell came from his own taco & beer farts.
