these facist mofos have completely brought back nazi fanaticism and ideals, down to the completely blind following of huge groups of brainwashed shells of humans.

they have their own propaganda machine in fox "news", hannity, coulter, rush and pals.

they conduct secret and immoral operations in other countries-secret prisons, holding captves w/out any legal representation or counsel, torturing & waterboarding, etc., etc., etc.

they hoard wealth just as the nazis did, and empoy their own kind in secret gestapo-based companies such as halliburton.

these guys literally took the nazi playbook, tweaked it to be viable in the 21st century, and are running with it.

i completely agree the holocaust is the single worst event since the advent of christianity and nothing on the holocaust-scale has occured during this regime.

but if these guys could rid the earth of everyone not possessing their specific mindset, they would. there is no doubt about that. none of them possess the intellect needed to successfully do this, but they possess the inner hate and motivation to the fullest. cheney and rove in particular exemptlify this.

It weakens the argument to compare Bush to Hitler. Bush is an incompetent who means well but is misled. He is probably a little dumb compared with what we're used to for president.

To compare him to the most horrible and evil man in history probably stretches the point a little thin.

Hitler and Himmler ? A bit of a stretch, don't you think. I have
yet to notice the Bush Administration attempt to rid the world
of a race of people. In case you don't know what I am talking about, it was called the Holocaust. Hitler wanted to "exterminate" the Jews. Has George W. started that ? Until
he does, stop comparing him with the most evil human being who ever lived. I disagree with a lot of The Bush Administration's policies, but I'm more intelligent than to act as if he's the next Adolf Hitler. Perhaps you should find a better way to express your displeasure/anger, than with inappropriate comparisons.

Bush, Cheney, et al, are the worst we've ever been saddled with, but don't get carried away. Do you realize what you've just said would have gotten you arrested and killed under Hitler? Would Hitler have allowed public criticism, comic political forums like The Daily Show, or even an Alan Colmes to debate a Sean Hannity?

Well lets see, Hitler wanted to kill all the Jews because he felt that they were holding back the "Chosen people". Bush, regardless of your opinion of him, is part of the very pro-Israel crowd, unlike the Iranian regime lead by Mahmoud Ahmadijad. Ahmadinijad has also said he wants to kill all the Jews, and says he will do it as soon as he gets a nuclear weapon.
It sounds to me like you are confused by your own Left wing beliefs, rather than a student of History. Hitler would be on the side of our enemies, and by the way, you.

Don't forget how happy Bush's grandfather Prescot must be with the fascist turn in the US.

Prescot was a Nazi suppporter and financier. A large portion of the Bush fortune rests on his grandfather's illegal dealings with the Nazi enemy.

please remember dear friends who disagree that we are only at the beginning. If american politics continue the way they are going there is certainly the possibility of great atrocities.

I would hope that the american people would wake up to the situation soon enough to stop it from living up to the great achievements of the third reich.

You mean watching over the entire Bush regime, and all of his supporters, don't you?

Grandpa, a Vietnam Veteran, and Grandma say "It's time to pull our troops out of Iraq alive, instead of bringing them home in flag draped caskets and body bags.

If you meant to say Hugo Chavez, I'd have agreed with you, but stating what you did about our elected leaders just shows your predjudice and bigotry towards America. You're just 100% wrong and you know it.
