I would love to believe there is one but have had no solid 100% proof of it, so i have to remain on the fence on this one

No I dont belive in afterlife. To me god and afterlife sound like magic which i deffinately dont belvie in. How can there be this world with rules of science and nature but a "divine creator" can escape those laws and create everything when we have good hypothesis for how the wolrd was created and evoulved. I belvie religon was made to scare people into doing the right thing but people shouldnt have to be scared into doing the right thing. God would have never made us becuase he would have seen how bad we have turned out-killing eachother, destroying our envoirment, drugs, and greed.

I believe there will be life as in Heaven or somewhere in between and that we will see our loved ones that have passed before us.
How we get there is another question - I've often wondered why it would be fair that some people who are very good and just, religious to a T go to heaven and then someone else who just goes with the flow ALSO gets to heaven.
Why would that be fair? I am seeking the answer to that because it truly does baffle me.

No.
It's just something humans put faith in because it's too unsettling for most to realize that THIS is IT. If the average person didn't have something like that to believe in, like, "Your life sucks but there's a better place waiting for you" ... If people embraced the fact that life has no real purpose ... that we are born and eventually just die and that's all there is to it ... do you realize the CHAOS there would be, without that hope?

I'm hoping, as I really don't know for sure.
But let me say that I'll be very surprised if there won't be anything at all. Oh wait ... but if death will be the end of me, then I won't be around to experience it, will I?
