next time your parents go shopping go with them and let them know u would like to help pick out your clothes. casually let them know u need new underwear, get the boxers u would like and put them in the basket. chances are your parents won't say anything at all about it. good luck

Have you got older siblings that could have a quite word with your parents?
What about pocket money - could you buy some yourself & Mum may get the hint.

Maybe just have a go at asking Mum or Dad, - whoever you feel more comfortable talking to. How about when you're out in the car and they're driving - less face to face contact. That's usually when my kids spring some curly question on me!!!

Good Luck!

I remember when I was a teenager, anything that embarrassed me like that, I'd just say to my mum 'is it OK if I get this?' and pop it in the shopping trolley in the supermarket without making a big deal of it. She wasn't bothered (being a bit less over-sensitive than I was at the time), and that way I'd have established a precedent that I needed whatever-it-was (I particularly remember the first time I bought deodorant, for some reason).

Hope this helps!

Hey,.. I don't think they'll think a thing about it.
Just tell them that the elastic around your leg, (in the crotch) is bugging you, (and you can't sit still in school, that'll get their attention) and that the boxer briefs, with the elastic on the THIGH look like they'll be more comfortable for you. This IS true for some guys,.. that's why they make them!

I'm not a guy but just write a note and stick it on their bed. Add an extra few words like (I don't feel comfortable talking about it.) It will be so much easier and if your parents are like mine they should understand. Since that is what my brother did.

Buy them yourselves. That way, you don't have to ask for your parents and be able to find and buy the pair you would definitely want.
