This information from the link below.
PLEASE REMEMBER EVERYTHING WITH EVERY PREGNANCE IS DIFFERENT.. and the below #'s are just "AVERAGES"

I'm on pregnance # 6 in 17 years and they have all been different. The big guidelines to go by is do you feel the baby move (may slow as he/she has less space), are your Doctor's appointments going well and is your Doctor happy with your s and the babys progress. Hope this helps.

Now on the the question you asked ...

Average fetal length and weight chart

From early on in pregnancy, babies grow at different rates, so these numbers are merely averages. Your baby's actual length and weight may vary substantially. Don't worry too much if an ultrasound indicates that your baby is much smaller or larger. (Your practitioner will let you know if it's time to worry about how big your baby is.) By full-term, your baby may end up weighing less than 5 pounds or more than 9.
Note that babies are measured from the crown (or top) of the head to the rump (or bottom) until about 20 weeks. After that, they're measured from head to toe. (This is because a baby's legs are curled up against his torso during the first half of pregnancy and very hard to measure.) See our help section if you have questions about how we count the weeks of pregnancy and gestational age.

Fetal weight increase does not stop, at this point your baby will continue to gain roughly 225 grams each week until born. At this stage, however, your child is fully developed: that is to say that all bodily systems are in place and functioning, so that type of activity has ceased.

A healthy gain for most women is between 25 and 35 pounds. Women who are overweight should gain less; and women who are underweight should gain more. On average, pregnant women need an additional 300 calories a day. Generally, women will gain three to five pounds in the first three months, adding one to two pounds a week until the baby is born. An average, healthy full-term baby at birth weighs 7.5 lb (3.4 kg), and the placenta and fluid together weigh another 3.5 lb. The remaining weight that a woman gains during pregnancy is mostly due to water retention and fat stores. Her breasts, for instance, gain about 2 lb. in weight, and she gains another 4 lb due to the increased blood volume of pregnancy

It slows down a lot in the last few weeks. I'll probably still go up a little, but not like it had been before. Congrats and good luck!
