It's been viewed as 'unclean' for centuries. Consider yourself lucky you don't have to go live in a seperate shack for a week.
Other than the maxi-pad aspect of it, I don't think it's gross either.

It's not "gross" persay but it is stinky and gets in the way of gettin' some booty. That and they cause so much discomfort and pain. I don't know anyone who likes them, male or female.

Its blood. I know it normal to have a period. Women go thru it and men have to deal w/ it. Its way of life. But its blood and it has dead eggs in it and its just gross. Its blood coming out. Just like in the movie when someone gets cut and blood is spuing out. ugggh

Some people are repulsed by anything that looks remotely bloody. Personally it dosen't bother me. It's just part of life.

Nothing wrong with periods. I've always found ladies are hornier when on one.
