i already scheduled a doctors appointment but it had to be like a week from now grr...

anyways its my left side on my left eye. You know where you can sorta feel the endge of your bone from there? There is this one spot there that really hurts whenever i touch it or blink now. I wasnt messing with my eye i just woke up this morning and i could barely open it it hurted that much.

any ideas?

Could be lots of things: a migraine headache, pink eye, a sinus infection, a stye. If your doctor's appt. is a week from now (I agree...grrr!) and you are suffering, here are some ideas:

Warm compresses
Rest if you can
If you are really in pain or lose the sight in your eye, go to the ER right away and have the hospital call your doctor.

well frnd Jen the reason might be something like an insect bite or it can might have been messed by you in da sleep or it can be due to lack of sufficient sleep.


or and if you are working it could be a reason for working for more no. of hours before computer or watching televison for more latenight.


Well the above can be any one of the reasons for your eye ache i hope
and if any of the reasons matches up your problem try to take rest as much as possible.......

dry eyes can hurt. even if you can tear you may still have dry eyes. There are moisturizing gels you can use at night and if your problem is better the next day you will know to keep using the gel til better

try some ice on it for a few mins.@ a time you may have bumped it while sleeping

it could be your sinuses causing your pain. Make sure you keep your appointment.
