I thank you for the responses, basically this bird acts like a docile equine. It is so odd to me. Coloring is very bland. It is very social. The whole thing is just awesome.....

This is very interesting. You have apparently created successful breeding not just between different species, but between different Orders of bird!!! (Passeriformes x Psittaciformes)

Biologically, this is the equivalent of mating an elephant and flying squirrel.

Study of this critter will totally revolutionize the fields of genetics, systematics, embryology and evolutionary biology. Entire branches of science will have to examine and modify the fundamental theories of what makes a species.

Better start preparing your Nobel prize acceptance speech now.

The scientific community should be very interested in this. Have you been approached by any of the major journals?

That is totally amazing!! I have had Amazons, Cockatoos, and one African Grey. What does the baby look like?
