Try charting your cycle to see when you are most fertile. Getting pregnant is a lot more difficult than most people think!
Simply take your temperature when you wake up every morning. It will rise when you ovulate (around the middle of your cycle) and will stay higher until you get your next period. To give you some idea what you are looking for, my temp. rises from 36.5 to 36.7 degrees and higher after ovulation. Once released you egg remains viable for fertilisation for just 12-24 hours!
Also keep an eye on your mucus. It will become stretchy like egg white as you approach ovulation. This is your most fertile mucus and sperm can survive for up to 5 days in it.
If you are trying to get pregnant it is recommended that you have intercourse every other day during the week before you ovulate and then for a day or two after.
The Couple to Couple League offers classes or an excellent home study course, which teaches you all you could ever need to know about charting, that I can highly recommend. You can also learn charting basics on line with FertilityFriend.com.
You may also want to get hold of a copy of Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition by Marilyn Shannon which has lots of great advice in it.
Make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins and Good Luck!
If you are having problems concieving then LIFE UK runs a very sucessful fertility programme details of which can be found on www.lifefertilitycare.co.uk

I would start charting your temperatures. That's what I did and it told me precisely when I was ovulating so I could "try" on my most fertile days. It's very easy to do and inexpensive. I HIGHLY suggest getting the book "Taking Charge or Your Fertility", it tells you all about finding your fertile signs so you will know the best time in your cycle to get pregnant. It also tells you step-by-step how to chart your temperatures and read those charts to figure them out. There's also a free website that you can put your temperatures into and it creates a chart for you. www.fertilityfriend.com I also suggest maybe joining a Trying to Conceive message board (forum) online. There you can find lots of women who are trying to get pregnant and you can get tons of advice. I did this when I was first TTC and I've been a member for almost 4 years now and I have a 2 year old. It was definitely a great resource for me. Good luck!

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org

Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.

With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

Are you charting? That's a huge helper because it will tell you if you are ovulating and when so you can maximize the fertile window and if you aren't ovulating you have info to take to the Dr.
Read this book "Taking charge of your fertility" By Toni Weschler It will teach you about your body and when you are most fertile. I promise that you will learn at least one thing that will get you closer to pregnancy. You could rent it from the library but it was well worth purchasing.
Buy some pre-seed lubricant. It facilitates sperm mobility so that they live longer and get closer to the eggie :)
Don't use lubricant other than pre-seed.

Also here is a good forum full of women that are trying to conceive as well. You will have to sign up but it's totally worth it.

Good luck! I hope I was helpful :)

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant herehttps://tr.im/yugJi
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

like every else said you need to chart you temperature every morning before you get out of bed. eat a healthy diet and stay away from caffeine and cold foods, such as salads. I have found that if you also stress over all this you will never get pregnant. my dr. prescribed me clomid and it never did work. he has since referred me to herbal drugs and vitamins, more than what is found in the average prenatal vitamins. Chasteberry (aka Vitex) is an herbal supplement that you can take and it is supposed to increase your chances of getting pg. I have found that it is almost impossible to find chasteberry in any stores. i have only found it online. i have it on order, so whether or not it works, i guess we'll see. i wish you luck!

Like someone else said, get yourself a free online ovulation calendar like http://www.fertilitygal.com (that's what I use). It will show you when you are most likely to conceive and allows you to record intercourse to be sure you are really trying "hard" enough. Healthy couples having regular intercourse should concieve within 6 months. If you don't, you are either not having intercourse at the right time, or one or both of you has issues with fertility. http://www.fertilitygal.com/Infertility/Infertility-Counseling.htm gives you information about the causes of infertility and what can be done to counteract the common issues people have with conceiving. Good luck!

I tried to get pregnant for several years, (long story short, I used an IUD back in the day and it caused scar tissue, so I would have ectopic pregnancies and they would miscarry). So my mom told me to stop trying and within a year i got pregnant with my son! just stop trying and it will happen. When its time, it will be time.
