How many are actually paying attention to this?



There are African Americans, Mexican Americans,

Asian Americans, Arab Americans, Native Americans, etc.

And then there are just Americans.



You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction.

You Call me "White boy," "Cracker," "Honkey,"

"Whitey," "Caveman" .. And that's OK.



But when I call you, Kike, Towel head, Sand-******,

Camel Jockey, Beaner, ****, or Chink ... You call me a racist.



You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you,

So why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?



You have the United ***** College Fund. You have Martin Luther King

Day. You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day. You

Have Yom Hashoah You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi You have the NAACP.

You have BET.



If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) .. We'd be racists.



If we had a White Pride Day .. You would call us racists.



If we had White History Month . We'd be racists.



If we had any organization for only whites to "advance" OUR lives

We'd be racists.



We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of

Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce.

Wonder who pays for that?



If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships

... You know we'd be racists. There are over 60 openly proclaimed

Black Colleges in the US , yet if there were "White colleges"

THAT would be a racist college.



In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching

For your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights,

You would call us racists.



You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're

Not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride ..

You call us racists.



You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer

Shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer running

From the law and posing a threat to society . You call him a racist.



I am proud.

But, you call me a racist.



Why is it that only whites can be racists?

Whites are the only ones that can be called racists because they are the only ones that bought and sold people.....they are the ones that put on white sheets and burn crosses....and, most importantly...because they have all the power.......

I guess you do not know anything about American History. You are upset because you think non-whites have special privileges. The reason these groups or organization were formed because there were no scholarships, colleges, or TV for non-whites. There are plenty of organizations only cater to whites, you are very naive.
There are plenty of white ghettos in America. There criminals that are whites. Most serial-killers are white, i.e Philadelphia Amish Killer, Columbine, Ted Bundy.
There are plenty of White Celebration Days---Washington, Lincoln Birthday, St Patricks Day, Columbus Day, President Day(can't remember non-white President). There is Jewish Heritage Month. The reason these Heritage Months were created was to educated about contribution these Americans have made to America.
And funny when you mentioned Mexicans, African, Asian --Americans, you did not mention any Euro-Americans that hyphenate.
You do not have to march for rights, simple things that you taken for granted. People of color have to fight for rights, still exists today. I born was in 1950's, nothing was given, there was protest and marches. Just to eat in the same restaurant stay in hotel, go to school, housing, buying property, running a business and good jobs we had to fight for that.
If you feel you discrimate against go on a March. You think these marches were easy, we were beaten sometimes killed, name called by onlookers and abused by Police and taken to jail.
So go on a March, if the worse thing that happened is being called a Racists, then you have it easy.

Qhite succintly, White, is a race, and those other identifieers are cultural.

When one is called African American - it is assumed that they are descendants of the slaves - those slaves developed their own culture (adn some would say language too)

Asians, while they tend to have visual similarities, often have great cultural likenesses.....

Native Americans, that is a culture too, a culture defined by descendants of those persons who lived on this continent before the white-wuropeans arrived.....

White - I suppose that could be a culture... but "white" tends to more often refer to a race, to skin color, and rarely does it refer to a culture or nationality.

But, tell me this...Why is this person, Obama, who is running for president - called Black - he's half white....

All this "reverse racism" that you are refering to is just an attempt to level the playoing field. The deck is stacked, and play have always been unfair. I'ts just an attempt by the minorities to stay on an even keel in this game that everyone has been sucked into.

The reason why African Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans, Latin Americans and Middle-Eastern Americans make there own colleges, scholarships, chambers of commerce, and civil rights organizations is because regular colleges, scholarships, chambers of comers, and civil rights organizations serve majority whites. Before the Supreme Court, declared that the segregation in schools is “inherently unequal.” in the landmark Brown vs. Board of Ed court cases, blacks were not allowed to go to schools with whites. So blacks made there own colleges.

The reason why African, Native, Latin, Middle Eastern, and Asian Americans say that they are proud to be so is because white people put them down, stole them or stole from them. So they are saying. "I am proud to be a minority despite the harm done to my people". However seeing as that whites were the people who usually did most of the cultural harm, to say that you are proud to be white is almost like saying, "I'm proud my people enslaved African Americans, tried to commit genocide on Native Americans, are trying to force out Latin Americans, and are now targeting Middle Eastern Americans."

In short, minorities wouldn't need to make their own organizations if mainstream organizations supported their issues instead of only catering to whites. Minorities wouldn't have so much pride to boast about if they didn't have to fight against white people's historical (and in some cases, current) efferts to take from and belittle their race.

I'm actually a heinz 57 type. I look white, but I have a little bit of everything in me. Swedish, German, polish (I take great joy in being able to tell polok jokes and nobody can call me a bigot), American Indian, Swiss, Italian and god only knows what else, I hope at least a little of everything else. I'm proud of all my heritage, but most of all I'm proud to be an American. Being an American is supposed to be colorblind. No matter who you are or what you look like, if you are an American citizen you and I are the same, period. There is no need to add a special description of what flavor of American you are.

You seem to have unresolved issues.
I'm a white male, aged 61 and a southerner. I was raised to believe that black people were inferior to white people. A holdover from the days of slavery. The black children in my hometown were bussed 35 miles to the nearest black school.
This is not ancient history.
I would suggest that you do some reading. "Rivers of Blood, Years of Darkness," about the Watts riots would be a good start.
We don't have a NAAWP because we don't need one.
You are called racist because you are.

Wow, someone called you all of those terms at one time? You poor baby! You are a racist, and I feel sorry for you. Maybe one day you will realize that crime (such as the robbing, carjacking and shootings that you speak of) are usually INTRARACIAL, meaning that they are committed on people the same "race" as the perp.
