Its a load of Bo**ocks most the time... unless its very obvious body language ...
its not an exact science...
for instance nervousness does not mean anything ... except that someone is nervous... doesn't say whether they are good or bad or lying
Females are much better at controlling their body language in this arena...
but all that legs/arms crossed or open... and eye contact stuff is nonsense to me ...
Shy people may not make eye contact ..but it doesn't mean that they are lying ..
everyone thinks that they are experts ... but aren't

Reads people ... not their bodies

Arms Crossed: this person is closing up - you just said something they didnt agree with
Body tilting towards you: they like what you are saying they want and want to hear more.
Look for micro-expressions: a split second look of fear or shock on the face could indicate a lie - people cant hide this.
Study a baby's face: and look for those expressions on adults, we cant hide what we are.

Everything can be deceptive. I usually try to look in their eyes to tell me a little about the girl. I Look to see if she shys away or walks right up to me. Does her head look down or does it look directly ahead. Is she breathing fast, or is she breathing calmly. That is another good way to find out how to tell about someone.

Well, I tend to avoid the "pocket fiddlers" and "space invaders" (creepy), whilst finding myself drawn to the ones who smile softly upon catching my eye - and the ones who let me have their space at the bar! (gentlemen)

i like eye contact, it makes me go shy lol..... seriously tho i like confidence, and someone whos not intimidated by confident women, cuz thats what i am, oh and im a big girl too so a big flying bird to whoever said "fat" girls dont have any confidence....

not leaning in any perticular way (intrested as a friend but nothing more)
