I'm ov er a month late for my period was only having it every other month.I thought I was going to start it like I would normaly do after missing it for a month.I took a two test at like 1 week late and it said no I wasn't pregnant.I have never taking birthcontrol and I'm 23 years old..What could cause this..My life style is the same as it always has been.I have been having cramps for the last week spotted a little last month but still no period..

Have you gained weight, under stress? Those are things that can stop your period. Also, you may have Fibroid Tumors...that is something that will defintely change your cycle.

Could just be stress, sometimes you don't feel stressed, but your body will know, but please go to the doctor for a check up.
