what happens to people who work over night for day light savings time?

They get off easy, the people relieving them have to come in an hour early, but the folks they are relieving get credit for working the full hour even though they didn't.

However, in the fall, they all have to stay an hour later and the people relieving them get to sleep an hour later. It all works out, but it was difficult to get up this morning.
