What is the difference between this and psychotherapy?

psychogical counsellings is realted to the treatment of mental diseases..it includes prlm of stress,tension,pills Addiction n all.
whereas psychotherapy is related to manias n phobias..it includes kleptomania,fear from crowd..some cases of psychotherapy i know are..
1. one women didnt took bath for around 2 years..she lost the fellin of blooming herself,
2. one guy kept eating still complaning tht he was not given food,
3. one guy kept laughing all the time..

There isn't a difference!!!

It means the same thing, some people call it counselling some psychotherapy!

counselling sends you in a good direction.

psychotherapy helps you get things out that you need to talk about.
