Sun-kissed can be just an elegant glow on the skin. It can be very gorgeous really. The skin has this lovely glow about it. It doesn't involve sun burns like these people are saying. Here are some photo's as my proof:

All of the skin has either this noticeable glow, or a light one. You're skin can be tanned lightly but it still should seem to have a glow of some sort. YOU'RE SKIN SHOULD NOT BE A BRIGHT RED FOR SUN-KISSED SKIN!

Sun-kissed is a coloring technique using chemical lighteners to give hair the look of having been exposed naturally to the sun. Usually these techniques revolve around just the top layer of your hair and lifting the natuarly darker hair lighter by one or two shades. Depending on how dark your hair is will determine if sunkissed is right for you as one or two shades on dark brown hair usually dosn't mean blonde. Hope this helps :)

My grandmother always referred to being "kissed by the sun" or "sun-kissed" when we received a sunburn.

it means u are tan but not burnt--enough to notice. your hair is sunkissed when its lighter right around your face and a lil darker everywhere else(unless u have highlights).

not pale, not tanned, just a beautiful light tan "sun kissed" look...a very light tan...glowing look

i think it means your complection has been a little sunburned but not to strongly .. so it looks pretty :]
