I am currently running osx 10.3.9 on a g4 macintosh (MY WIFE'S COMPUTER).....The hard drive is an 80 gig.....combined WE have 20 gigs of music.....plus she has some grahics programs..adobe photoshop....etc.....the hard drive shows it only has just over 10.gigs of space available and lately its been running a littIe slow. I am a pc guy and im not very fluent in mac.....are there any simple ways to weed out what i dont need and delete/defrag to gain back space?

Try burning all the music on a DVD in an mp3 format you can also burn pictures and other things you need but do not need to use everyday, I use rewritable DVDs. But running slow means memory so add some ram.. also do a virus scan just to be sure it doesn't have a virus.
